Zen Wellness · Everzen Retreat
A pause to come back to yourself Slow down and listen
Zen Wellness is the wellbeing programme branch of Everzen Retreat, created for people who want time for themselves in a peaceful natural setting. Each journey offers a pause to rest, notice how your body feels and step away from the habits that make everyday life feel rushed.
Meditation, yoga, gentle movement, breathing practice and rest are combined around each programme’s purpose. There is no need to chase intensity or compare yourself with others; your pace is discussed in relation to your abilities and preferences.
Whether you arrive alone, with loved ones or in a small group, our focus is an intentional experience and simple practices you can carry into everyday life.
Why choose Zen Wellness? Self-care with intention
-
A clearly structured journeyActivities and rest are arranged around the programme’s purpose. You are introduced to the experience so you understand what to expect, how to prepare and where adjustments can be made.
-
Guidance that considers your needsQuestions about your goals, participation preferences and concerns guide the conversation before your visit. Activities are introduced step by step, with room to pause or adapt when needed.
-
Gentle practices to take homeThe focus is on approachable practices such as attention to breathing, gentle movement and making time for rest. The journey does not require fasting or extreme practices, or promise identical outcomes for everyone.
-
Nature is part of the experienceWalking, sitting quietly and noticing the surroundings offer different ways to attend to the present. The natural setting becomes part of the rhythm of rest rather than simply a backdrop.

What you can carry beyond the journey From experience to everyday life
Everyone’s experience is different. Zen Wellness focuses on small shifts in the way you rest, listen and make time for yourself.
Time set aside for rest
Reduce interruptions and make room for rest, gentle movement and a less hurried daily rhythm.
Attention to the present
Explore ways to return your attention to breathing, your surroundings and what is happening now.
A better sense of your own rhythm
Notice when you need rest, when you feel ready to move and which choices feel comfortable for you.
Simple practices to continue
Choose manageable habits to take home, such as brief pauses, gentle walks or a few minutes of attention to breathing.
An ongoing approach to self-care
Treat the journey as a beginning for ongoing self-care rather than a single experience that must meet every goal.
Quiet moments in nature Make room for simple things
Natural surroundings and quiet places to pause reflect the spirit of the journey: unhurried, welcoming and with room to feel at ease.
People who guide the journey
Learn about the guides, their areas of practice and their roles within each programme. Profiles will be introduced when the journey’s team is confirmed.

People who choose time to pause Every journey has a story
Personal experiences will be shared with participants’ permission. Each story offers an individual perspective and does not represent everyone’s experience.
Reflections after the journey Listening to real experiences
